Regional ICT Manager
We are currently seeking an experienced I.T. business leader with high energy, technology savvy and an entrepreneurial flair to join the Information, Communications and Technology(ICT) Leadership. Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for the strategic planning and management of systems, technology, processes, supplier relationships and people. This an exciting and challenging opportunity to manage the alliance and leadership of a cross functional team of dedicated ICT professionals, apply a hands on approach to addressing the evolving business needs, manage stakeholder relationships, as well as take ownership and partner with a global management team in developing and driving the company’s I.T vision and strategy.
You will have:
- Degree qualifications in Information Technology or a related discipline
- A minimum of 5 years experience in an Information Technology management role
- Proven people management and leadership skills are essential, preferably with exposure to mining services
- Strong technical knowledge of: Microsoft technologies including Exchange, SQL Server and Windows Server
- Virtualised environments
- Citrix thin client systems
- CRM (Pivotal) and ERP (Microsoft Dynamics) Business systems
- Demonstrated ability to use initiative and to apply new concepts in an ICT development environment
- Proven problem solving skills and ability to exercise judgment while working independently
- A well-developed understanding of information systems and how to best utilise and integrate them to support the business in global environment (including communication systems, network topologies, hardware, software and licenses)
- Capacity to learn rapidly in a very dynamic environment
- Capacity for both technical and strategic business thinking
- Ability to maintain productive relationships with suppliers, management, team members and internal customers
- Well developed written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical staff.

Regional Manager - Learning and Development
We are currently seeking an experienced Learning and Development (L&D) business leader with high energy and strong strategic business thinking to join the Leadership team of this global company. Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for the strategic planning and management of their internal and external accredited training programs, ensuring compliance with the regulatory requirements relevant to industry and meeting business needs. You will manage the alliance and leadership of a cross functional team of dedicated L&D professionals, manage stakeholder relationships, as well as partner with a global management team in identifying and developing new training opportunities aligned to the company’s vision and strategy.
You will have:
- Formal qualifications in Business, Management, Education or equivalent
- Experience in the resource industry (highly regarded)
- Minimum 5 years experience in a Learning and Development management role in either corporate L&D or enterprise Registered Training Organisation
- Management of a profit and loss centre
- Experience in the use of software technologies e.g. Learning Management Systems (LMS), DMS, CRM etc
- Exposure to instructional design and e-Learning
- Proven people management and leadership skills are essential
- The ability to maintain productive relationships with suppliers, senior management, direct reports and internal customers

Test Analysts
We currently have a number of opportunities for experienced Software Testers / Test analysts. Ideally we are looking for a minimum of 5 years testing experience. These roles will require knowledge of functional, integration and end to end testing, as well as SDLC experience and good documentation and client facing skills. We can offer exciting and cutting edge projects, large and small team environments, and a variety of Perth CBD and suburban locations, both north and south of the river.
We have both contract and permanent roles available and generally we are looking for people with;
- Demonstrated experience in structured software testing and knowledge and applying standard structured testing methods and techniques.
- Experience in automated or manual testing.
- Knowledge of formal techniques such as: Equivalence Partitioning; Boundary Value Analysis; Decision Tables; State Transition; Classification Trees; Pairwise Testing; Use Cases; Error Guessing; Exploratory Testing etc.
- Experience testing web based applications and as well as Client / Server.
- Experience Writing test protocols for software and systems and developing test scenarios, test cases, test scripts and test data
Some specific roles require people with any of the following specialities.
- Previous experience testing within an Oracle environment and PL/SQL skills.
- Prior experience in the Energy sector with experience using HP Quality Centre.
- Prior experience using the Mercury suite of testing products.
- Prior experience using the Rational tools ClearCase and ClearQuest.

Navision Developer - Filled
2-3 years experience, circa $80K depending on experience.
We currently have a position in Perth for a Navison developer with at least 2-3 years experience to join a professional development team with an end user, they are a licensed development site and it is a well known company. You will need to would need excellent English communications skills, strong Navision developer skills and experience with business applications (supply chain, finance / accounting, business reporting).
